Refund Policy

Digital Goods Exception

Bubblepeek is a digital service that provides immediate access to messaging features upon purchase. By purchasing our service, you explicitly agree to waive your right to withdraw once access to the service has begun.

General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access provision:

  • Refunds are generally not available once service access has begun
  • All sales are considered final upon service activation
  • Users waive their right to refund by proceeding with purchase
  • This policy is clearly displayed at checkout

Jurisdictional Considerations

While local laws may vary by jurisdiction, our refund policy applies as follows:

  • EU/UK: 14-day refund right waived upon explicit agreement and immediate service access

Exceptional Circumstances
